With so many betting options, there’s no end to the fun!
Rushmore Online Casino has perfectly captured craps through the use of Realtime Gaming software. Although the betting system is a little complex, the rules for craps are relatively simple. Players make bets on whether the dice will roll a specific number. The first roll of a round is known as a “come-out” roll, and the resulting number on the dice is called “the point.” The shooter must then roll that number again to win money. If the shooter rolls a 7, the round is over. However, if the come-out roll is a 7 or 11, the roll is considered an instant win.
Rushmore Casino Craps Rules & Game Play
Rolling the dice is the simplest part of playing craps. The objective is to match the point established by the come-out roll, or to roll a 7 or 11 on the come-out. That’s all there is to it! Betting, on the other hand, is more complex.
The betting options for craps are extensive. There are a total of 18 bets that players can make in a game of craps, although not all of them are available from the start of the round. Each type of bet is labeled on the table layout. The various bets available are as follows:
- Pass Line Bet – A bet that a 7 or 11 will be rolled on the come-out roll, or that the established point will be rolled again before a 7.
- Pass Odds – A second bet that is available after a Pass Line bet has been made and a point has been established. This is an additional bet that the point will be rolled before a 7.
- Don’t Pass Bet – A bet that the come-out roll will be a 2 or 3, or that a 7 will be rolled before the point.
- Don’t Pass Odds – Similar to Pass Odds, but against the shooter, this is an additional bet that a 7 will be rolled before the point. This bet is only available after a Don’t Pass bet has been made and a point established.
- Come Bet – Similar to a Pass Line bet, but only available after a point is established. This turns the next roll into a personal come-out roll, and allows multiple rounds of craps to be played at the same time.
- Come Odds – Players may only make Come Odds bet after they have made a Come bet, and a new point is established. An additional bet that the point is rolled before a 7.
- Don’t Come Bet – Similar to Don’t Pass, but only available after a point is established, this acts in the same way a Come bet does by creating a simultaneous round. This is a wager the next roll will be a 2 or 3.
- Don’t Come Odds – Just like Don’t Pass Odds, this is an additional wager that a 7 will be rolled before the point established in a simultaneous round.
- Place Bet – This is a bet that a specific point will be rolled before a 7, such as 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, or 10.
- Place Lose Bet – A bet that a 7 will be rolled before a certain point number is rolled.
- Buy Bet – A Buy bet is similar to a Place bet—wagering a point will be rolled before a 7—but players must pay a 5% commission in return for True Odds.
- Lay Bet – Similar to a Place Lose bet, but requiring a 5% commission for True Odds like a Buy bet. This wagers that a 7 will be rolled before a specific point.
- Field Bet – A bet that the next roll comes up as a 2, 3, 4, 5, 9, 10, 11, or 12.
- Proposition Bet – This is a bet that 7s, Any Craps, Hard 4, Hard 6, Hard 8, Hard 10, Craps 2, Craps 3, Craps 12 or 11 will be the next roll. Players pick which bet to make by selecting the appropriately labeled box on the table layout.
- Big 6 Bet – Available only after a point is established, this is a bet that a 6 will be rolled before a 7.
- Big 8 Bet – Like the Big 6 bet, and only available after a point has been established, this bet wagers that an 8 will come up before a 7.
- Any Craps Bet – This is a bet that the next roll will be a 2, 3, or 12.
- Yo Eleven Bet – A bet that the next roll comes up as 11.
